iCafe employees are highly skilled at iPhone repairs, whether you dropped your phone and cracked the glass, your battery needs replacing, or if any other component just isn’t working the way you would like it to.
We charge a $30 diagnostic fee if we have to open your phone to determine what part or parts need to be replaced. This diagnostic fee will be applied toward your final repair cost if you decide to have your phone fixed.
If your phone has been the victim of a cruel attack by liquid, we recommend powering it off immediately and placing it in a bag of rice for at least 24 hours.
Unfortunately, we are not set up to bill Apple for service to phones that are still under warranty. Only the Apple stores can provide warranty service for iPhones. However, you are welcome to come in to iCafe with your in-warranty phone to discuss any issues you might be having with your phone. We can determine pretty quickly if your issue is of a warranty nature. We will also check your liquid indicators for you and assist you in making an appointment at the Apple store of your choosing, or discussing other options you might have.
Some Common Repair Costs
Prices listed are for both parts and labor combined. We have also included our typical turn around time from point of drop off to time ready for pickup. Please call or come in to verify the most current pricing or to check stock on parts. Please be advised, we do collect payment at time of drop off, not pickup.
