Inside iCafe, you’ll find MacXprts-Kansas, a Premier Level Apple Specialist.  What makes them so special you may wonder?  Basically, here’s how it works:  Apple Computer has three “branches” (they call them channels):

The Direct Channel – These are the Apple Stores and the online store.

The Indirect Channel – These are independent resellers that are authorized by Apple to sell Apple products.  When you buy here, you support your local community.

The Educational Channel – These are campus bookstores that are authorized by Apple to sell Apple Products and the Apple online educational store.

Apple Specialists are a category within the indirect channel.  Specialists provide both product and service and must adhere to high customer service standards.  Apple’s website identifies the following benefits of an Apple Specialist:
